We literally mean: Any type of unwanted moisture on or in your car is your worst enemy. Keep in mind that your cars painting is perhaps already thin or cracked. Also any damages to the body are a welcome nesting ground for rust. If you\u2019re not currently driving it, the best place for your car is inside a cool, well-ventilated and dry garage. If you really want to go pro with your classic, you should also consider measures such as underbody protection and cavity sealing. This way moisture hasn\u2019t got a chance to sink in.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Rule number 2: There is such a thing as overdoing it with polishing<br \/>\nThe paint of your historic vehicle is not the same as that of a modern car. Most likely it\u2019s more sensitive but it\u2019s definitely a lot older. Please use only suitable cleaning agents and polish, best bought from a specialist. Also, polishing it for hours every Sunday, won\u2019t do you any good.
